Hi I’m Nevi.

It started with a scarf. But it was never really about the scarf.

I’ve always been fascinated by the things we carry with us stories, memories, symbols, pieces of where we come from.

Growing up between Bulgaria and Germany, I spent a lot of my life somewhere in between two worlds. I didn’t always know exactly where I belonged, but I always carried a little bit of both with me.

NCC grew out of that feeling.

For my first collection, I looked to Bulgarian embroidery - the symbols, the patterns and the stories woven into them for generations. I wanted to take something deeply rooted in tradition and see what it could become when placed in a modern context.

The result is a collection of silk scarves that feel rooted, but not necessarily nostalgic. Familiar, but not traditional.

And I wanted to keep it small.

Each design is limited to 30 pieces only. No endless restocks. No mass production. Just a small number of carefully made pieces that I hope will become part of someone else’s story.

For me, NCC is about where we come from, what we carry with us, and what we choose to make our own.
